Our apartment is perfect for a family vacation or a business trip with colleagues. It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from the A20. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
The accommodation consists of:
- A BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa and armchairs, perfect for your TV nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.
- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.
- A DINING ROOM: It can accommodate up to 8 people for a meal with family or friends.
- TWO BEDROOMS ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Two bedrooms with standard-size beds (140x200 cm) featuring high-quality bedding and a dressing area.
- A BATHROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Relax in the shower, where towels and a hair dryer are provided.
- A LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light—a washing machine is available at the property.
- A BEDROOM ON THE UPPER FLOOR: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm), both featuring high-quality bedding and a dressing area.
- A BATHROOM UPSTAIRS: Relax in the shower, where towels and a hair dryer are provided.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home.
SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in on your own starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.
PARKING: The property does not have a private parking space, but you can park in front of the house without any issues.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week until 11 PM via messaging on the booking platform or by phone.
LOCAL GUIDE: Before your arrival, you’ll receive your personalized digital guidebook. ## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the property as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
