Nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, theResidence Terresens Les Sources de Canopée in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains embodies the perfect combination of Alpine elegance and modern comfort.
The Sources de Canopée consists of 66 apartments from the Studio au Refuge for up to 12 people, respecting the architectural spirit of Haute-Savoie while offering Nice volumes to share moments of conviviality. Designed by an architect and decorator, the interiors are translated intohigh standing, nobility of materials and aesthetics. Furnished and equipped, the apartments enjoy all the comfort of a mountain interior. In addition, most apartments have a balcony to enjoy a view of the Fiz massif or the village.
The residence has quality equipment, such as indoor pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and sensory shower, for relaxing moments after a day of skiing or hiking. One comprehensive wellness space is available to residents, promoting relaxation and well-being.
Located at only 3 minutes walk from the Bettex cable car, providing access to the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, the residence enjoys an ideal location. The centre of the village, with its shops and restaurants, is a 9-minute walk away, offering a peaceful environment while being close to local entertainment. The first shops, such as a bakery and a ski hirer, are located right in front of the residence, facilitating the daily lives of holidaymakers.
