The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1996 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, hammock swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Keszthely. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday home is regularly disinfected with an ozone generator. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
