Luxury holiday house at the Mecklenburg Lake District

Our 2014 newly built house is located in a small cottage area in the immediate vicinity of the extensive swimming area at the Fleesensee in Untergöhren.
On approx. 145 m² of living space, it meets the highest standards with its stylish and luxurious furnishings.
The floors are completely tiled and have underfloor heating in all rooms.
The open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and convection oven is very well equipped and can also at ambitious hobby chefs nothing to be desired.
The high-quality box spring beds in the three bedrooms offer the best conditions for a restful sleep. Flat screen TVs are available in all bedrooms.
Both bathrooms have Raindance spa showers. The upstairs bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub. Also in the upper pool is the cozy Finnish wood sauna. For evaporation after the sauna offers the balcony with its opaque railing on outright.
In the evening, and on cool days, relax in front of the gas fireplace. Home cinema system with Sky-Bundesliga as well as books, board games and a small DVD and music CD collection are available in the living room for you. Internet via W-LAN is self-evident.
The year-round heated to 37 degrees outside jacuzzi with 35 hydromassage jets and multi-LED lamps is available in any weather available.
A lockable wooden shed (z. B. for your bikes) is available in the outdoor area. Please bring your own padlock. The property is partially fenced.
Bed linen and towels, as well as extra beds are chargeable. A cot and a high chair are in the house. Washer and dryer, and vacuum cleaner, drying rack are available. Pet are allowed.
Up to 3 parking spaces are located directly next to the house. An outside vault for key collection is also available, as is a small safe inside the house for safekeeping of your valuables.
