In the heart of the Bois Brinçon estate, winemakers Géraldine and Xavier invite you to discover their vineyard. Stay in the Cellier gîte and accommodate up to 15 people with 8 bedrooms, 240m² of living space, and 1500m² of outdoor space.

Between Angers and Saumur, near the Loire River, you'll be on the Anjou-Saumur vineyard grounds, and you'll only have to walk two steps to visit the estate and taste the organic and biodynamic wines produced on site.

This friendly, family-friendly 240m² gîte near Angers is ideal for gatherings while maintaining a comfortable, private space for everyone. It's also suitable for seminars or training sessions thanks to its 30m² meeting room with a smart TV, tables, and chairs.

Inside, discover a cozy living room with a lounge area around the fireplace and a large dining area for 15 people. The pleasant and functional modern kitchen is equipped with appliances and amenities designed for group accommodation.

For sleeping arrangements, all beds are 90x200cm. They can be pushed together or separated.

Outside, a large, unfenced area of approximately 1500m² is dedicated to you, with ample parking, a lawn, a covered courtyard, and an area with picnic tables, umbrellas, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. The estate is surrounded by vineyards.

The banks of the Loire are 5 minutes away. Angers is 20 minutes away, and Saumur is 30 minutes away. Visit the Château de Brissac-Quincé in 10 minutes.

Wi-Fi internet access. A large smart TV is available in the meeting room. Complete services include towels, hygiene products, and sheets, and beds are made upon arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional. To keep the fireplace running in winter, a wood supplement will be required. The path to the ground floor bathroom is narrow; two bedrooms must be crossed to access it, and doors can make access difficult. The shower is walk-in, but there is no grab bar or seat. The owner offers to measure the doors if necessary.
