About this property

Authentic 2-room gîte, ideally located for a family visit to Anjou.

Located in the middle of the vineyards and close to amenities and all the attractions (castles, biopark, troglo...), this independent house in tufa stone has been completely renovated in order to welcome you in a comfortable environment with direct and secure access to the swimming pool.

First floor: living room with lounge area and sofa, open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, kitchen robot...). Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet.

PGJyPgUpstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with 1 bed 160*200 and the other with 2 beds 90*190. Each bedroom has its own storage space (i.e. wardrobe and dresser). The master bedroom is equipped with a television.
The bathroom is composed of a large walk-in shower and an old-fashioned lion's paw bath. It also has 1 toilet.

Large private terrace with table and lounge area as well as a plancha. Reserved parking space.

Sauna for 2 at an extra charge on reservation.
