Includes a second gîte on the second floor. 1st floor: entrance, living room-kitchen opening onto a large terrace, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 80x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm). Private parking space. Shared indoor swimming pool. Pleasant location on the outskirts of the village in an environment offering greenery and unobstructed views of the mountains. 500 m from the slopes with a free shuttle in season near the house. Comfortable cottage with a beautiful view of the Vanoise and Haute-Maurienne peaks. Shops and services are nearby in the heart of the village. Privileged location of a typical Haute-Maurienne village at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, in an exceptional environment. Magnificent walks and hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers. Rich baroque and military heritage. Numerous sporting and cultural activities in all the surrounding villages: Val Cenis, Bonneval sur Arc, Aussois... On the Route des Grandes Alpes, prestigious road and tourist route through the great legendary Alpine passes with passage to Italy. Ideal destination for cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers!
