ALENTS After a few steps on your street, Sergent Gazan Street, you can choose from within 10 minutes: - Go to the mythical Festival Palace.- Walk along the Croisette between luxury shops, palaces and sandy beaches.- Take the train to visit other jewels of the region such as Antibes, Nice, or Monaco.- Do your shopping on Antibes Street.- Discover the best restaurants in the city centre (don't hesitate to ask us about the team's recommendations!)- Visit the old districts of Suquet and the church Our Lady of Hope with its panoramic views of Cannes and the sea... IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, with private parking not even 1 minute walk. Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
