The apartment is exactly as described. Free public parking is available in the streets surrounding the house. Sophie was punctual and always available. The Croisette is a 15-20 minute walk away. I highly recommend this property.

Spacious, clean house to ourselves

Great location for Mipcom as it’s close enough to the Palais but gives you some distance. It is uphill from town, so be prepared to work off your food and drinks.

Great place for a family in Cannes!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. It had all of the accommodations we needed and felt like home. A/C in each room and they all worked well! Nice backyard which allowed us to enjoy a family BBQ one night. Sophie was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the washing machine. It’s in a great area…only a ten minute walk to the city’s center. It fit my family very well! Than you Sophie for being a great host!

Wonderful stay in Cannes

The house was perfect... Large, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had both a shower and bathtub. The master bedroom on the ground floor had a big shower and a jacuzzi style bathtub. The house was situated in a private, quiet setting, less than a 10 minute walk to central Cannes. It came fully equipped with everything that we needed. The host was super helpful and responded to us very quickly, even over Christmas holidays. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area, and would stay here again if I ever return.

Be careful

The property itself was clean. Furnishings a bit limited. One towel for each person, no hand towels or washcloths. 2 kitchen towels only. There is no parking in the area, if you’re driving I would avoid this location. Overall I would rate this as very average place that worked well for us. But on checkout day we mistakenly thought checkout time was 11am. It was 10am and had been communicated to us….we just forgot. At 10 am 4 of our group had departed but 3 of us remained. The owner entered the house yelling for us to get out! We quickly gathered off stuff and were out in 15 minutes. Had to repack later. 10 minutes into us scrambling to get out and apologizing for our miscue she slammed on the door screaming Get Out! It was the worst and most bizarre experience I’ve ever encountered with dozens of VRBO visits.

You are a big liar. It did not happen like you said. You didn’t want to leave. I told you 3 times the check out time. When I arrived I knocked you didn’t open the door and asked : what? Very loud and like if you were mad. I told you it was check out time. You didn’t say anything. I waited for 30 minutes and then I came back and told you to leave. as you didn’t want to leave your friend came and see you twice before you decided to leave. Almost 1 hour after my arrival you left. The house was a real mess and very dirty. I have been renting my house for a very long time and I had never seen such awful, rude and disrespectful clients. You broke a drawer in the fridge and you broke the entrance door! I took the Deposit to have it fixed and to buy a new drawer but the deposit wasn’t enough. You never apologized. I was in the kitchen when you left you didn’t say a word. Not even bye or anything. And I didn’t yell as you were leaving. I left a very bad comment on you. Concerning the parking You can park for free in the street and the surroundings It s not always easy to find a car space because it s free and a lot of people come to park in this area especially during summer but usually you always manage to find space or there is a communal parking 500 meters to the house. But I agree with you it was the worst and most bizarre experience I be ever encountered.if I was like you said I wouldn’t have lasted for a very long time in rentals. You are the only bad comment.

We had a good stay in this property. The location is excellent for amenities - it is 10-15 walk to the city centre, shops and train station. We used the train a lot for day trips to Monaco, Nice and Antibes. Also to transfer to and from Nice Airport which was an easy journey. The air conditioning and outside space that come with this property were important for us and were as described.

Cadre très agreable

Nous avons séjourné avec nos 5 petits enfants et tout le monde a apprécié le lieu,ainsi que la réactivité de notre hôte et surtout le fait qu’elle ait décalé les travaux prévus dans la maison, afin que nous puissions en profiter plus longtemps !

Siisti asunto ja joustava vuokraemäntä

Asunto oli todella siisti ja vuokraus sujui ongelmitta. Tiskikone oli valitettavasti rikki eikä korjausta saatu majoituksen ajalle. Tämä aiheutti vähän ylimääräistä vaivaa käsitiskien muodossa. Kaikenkaikkiaan viihdyimme hyvin.

Effectivement le lave vaisselle était en panne ce qui était complètement indépendant de ma volonté puisqu il a 4 mois. Et je dépends également des réparateurs qui ne n ont pas pu intervenir de suite. Mais vous n êtes restés que 3 jours. Et cela n avait pas vraiment l air de vous déranger sur le moment. Mais ce n était apparemment pas le cas.

Juste parfait...

Cette maison située sur les hauteurs du centre ville de Cannes est vraiment agréable et conviviale ! L'aménagement et la décoration sont faites avec beaucoup de goût et on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi ! La chambre du bas, en plus d'avoir une très grand douche italienne, possède un jacuzzi très agréable en fin de journée... Sophie est une hôte très arrangeante et nous la remercions vivement car grâce à sa maison, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A bientôt !

Très belle et agréable villa

Propriété bien située près du centre ville et de la gare permettant les déplacements à pieds et si besoin de prendre le TER, bus, pour les visites des villes voisines. Pas besoin d'utiliser son propre véhicule. Sophie est très organisée, il ne manque rien dans la villa pour satisfaire sa clientèle.

Nous recommandons cette villa, très belle, très bien située et très bien équipée. Nous y sommes allés à 4 adultes avec 3 enfants, tout était parfait pour nous recevoir en famille. We loved the property, perfect location. The house has got everything you need, very cosy and spotless. Beds were so comfortable and host is very responsive to messages. Parking was a bit difficult but overall we would definitely stay here again.

Nice, tidy place in Central Cannes. Sophie was really helpful. Would definitely come back.

We stayed in Sophie's place just after New year for 3 nights. The house is very well equipped.Four spacious,stylish bedrooms was more than enough for our two families. Big bonus it's Central location, just 7-8 minutes walk to Marina. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quiet , central location in Cannes.

Sehr schön gelegenes Feriendomizil in Cannes

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank an die Besitzerin Sophie. Das Ferienhaus liegt Zentral, nicht weit vom Strand und der Stadt entfernt. Man kann gut mit dem Zug nach Monaco, Grasse und Nizza fahren und das für wenig Geld. Es war alles ausreichend im Haus vorhanden. Die Eigenverpflegung ist unproblematisch durch Supermärkte und einen Frischmarkt, der täglich geöffnet hat. Wir sind mit dem Flieger angekommen und hatten einen Transfer zur Unterkunft gebucht, was von Vorteil war. Parkplätze gibt es fast nie. Wir würden gern nochmal wiederkommen, da alles perfekt war.

If you like Cannes or it's your first visit this is a great place to stay!

This is a really great place with a perfect location. Very roomy, comfortable, with everything that you need. Sophie was super nice a has made sure that it will feel like a vacation! The yard outside is perfect for dining and relaxing. Walking to distance to the heart of Cannes. I would highly recommend it and plan to return!

Home Away from Home

Let me start by saying that Sophie is the nicest and most gracious host EVER! From the beginning, she was great with responses and making sure that we had everything we needed. We stayed at Sophie's home for a business trip. Having such a beautiful home, made us not be home sick. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Cannes for business or pleasure. Thank you Sophie, you are amazing!!

Appartement villa très agréable

L'appartement situé dans une villa est très agréable à vivre. Le séjour est spacieux et la cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Il est très bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes du centre ville. Pas besoin de voiture, on peut tout faire à pied.
