ROSE Concierge is delighted to present this charming apartment, ideally located in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Angers.
This 45 m² accommodation, located on the 2nd floor without a lift, offers a calm and comfortable setting, perfect for a stay for two.
Entirely designed for comfort, it features a master suite with a double bed in 160, a modern washbasin, a large walk-in shower, as well as practical storage for your personal belongings. The toilet is separate for added comfort.
The living area is welcoming and bright, fitted with a dining table and a sober and warm decor.
The open, functional and equipped kitchen includes in particular an oven, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine, ideal for starting the day well.
The accommodation is located on a quiet street, right in the heart of Angers, offering you immediate access to shops and the city's main points of interest.
