The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani offers you this charming 30 m² air-conditioned beachfront apartment with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a 2,000 m² shared garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with two double sofa beds.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
