The advantage to this location is that you can venture out to enjoy the city without comprising the benefits of staying in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. This is a spacious home to host you and your entire family!

This is a pet friendly home but guests must message owner about pet information/fees before checking in. *non registered pets result in $100 non-disclosure fee.


Pet Rules:

We welcome well behaved dogs for a $65 fee per pet. We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. We do limit the pets to two dogs.

• Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly
• Must be crated when in the house alone.
• Stay off all furniture and beds
• Must have advance notice of pets on property - unregistered pets will result in an additional $100 fee
• Can not be left alone outside
