Experience true oceanfront luxury in this newly remodeled, split-level townhome located in the exclusive, gated Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club. Because this is a townhome, you will enjoy ultimate peace and privacy with no neighbors above or below you, and no traffic noise.

The recent 2024 Luxury Remodel Includes:

Panoramic Ocean Views- Brand new, solid pane windows and over size slider eliminate old jalousies and puts the Ocean right in the living and bedroom!

Full Climate Control- High powered split AC units in the living room and both bedrooms for customized cooling

Chefs Open Kitchen-Removed galley walls create a bright, open-concept space featuring modern cabinets, stone counter tops, adjustable under cabinet lighting, and fully stocked cookware.

Spa Bathrooms- Both the first and second floor bathrooms feature large newly tiled walk in showers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The upstairs spa shower features a direct ocean view!

Bedrooms-Both feature King beds, AC, and room darkening shades. One with an expansive ocean view and the other with a lush garden view.
A full sized washer and dryer is conveniently located in upstairs hallway. Detergent provided

Outdoor Living and Resort Amenities- Step onto your private covered lanai to relax in the comfy rocker or dine alfresco at the open lanai table. It is the perfect vantage point for seasonal whale watching, dolphin spotting, and sunset cocktails!
The Surf and Racquet Club is a lush, 12 acre tropical oasis bordered by a championship golf course and a hidden, rarely used black sand beach.
The unit is steps away from one of the largest swimming pools in Kona
Complex boasts lighted tennis and pickleball courts, ping pong, volleyball and BBQs.

A perfect oasis by the ocean for our family vacation! Exquisite interior design with lots of home comfort. The heated pool just steps away is a big plus in addition to hearing and seeing the ocean waves.The Owners are great, responsive hosts. We highly recommend their rental when staying on Big Island. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay in the townhouse. It was so well stocked with household items as well as things for the beach. The views were beautiful even with high tide. We used the pool and tennis/ pickleball courts on our downtime. It was very chill and stress free, exactly what we hoped for during our stay.

This was a great location south of town. We loved it. The host was wonderful even brought us fresh banana bread. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs to noodle floaters, and boogie boards. Very quiet with fabulous sunsets.

We loved the property location which is ocean front and an easy walk to a nice snorkeling beach as well as coffee shops and restaurants. We liked the Lanai where we enjoyed happy hours at sunset and breakfast with beautiful views of the ocean. The place was clean and has everything that we needed. The hosts are friendly.

This place was amazing!! Loved hearing the waves crash right outside the townhouse. Parking was so close to the front door. Lanai was perfect to relax outside and see the beautiful ocean and sunsets. Didn't use the pool or courts but we thought we would and they looked great. Great location to explore all the different places on the island. Loved the air conditioning when we were actually in the townhome. It was clean and had everything we needed, even band aides when I fell on coral. Communication was great, they are wonderful and went the extra mile to accommodate us. Loved the short walk to the almost private beach just north of the complex. We snorkeled there and saw some amazing fish, eel & even an octopus!! It was amazing. I want to go back. We went for our 31st anniversary, just my husband and I, but there was plenty of room for more. We LOVED being there. Watched amazing sunset from bedroom window. Had lots of things in the kitchen we could use. Used beach chairs and towels provided. Used washer and dryer. Everything was just perfect!!

Aloha, We are the owners of townhome 177 at The Surf and Racquet Club.
We have owned unit 179, just 2 doors down, for 10 years. We are thrilled to have another townhome at this beautiful property! We love sitting on the lanai and spotting dolphins and whales during the day. Nothing beats the majestic sunsets. We hope you enjoy our second home as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is the perfect location as it is set far away from the noise on Alli drive. Ocean views from all of the rooms in the rear, and gorgeous garden view from front bedroom. Complex has some of the finest tennis/pickle ball courts on the island, along with a roomy pool. Acres of well maintained grounds. Access to beach next to property.
Only a quarter mile up the road to Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery, restaurants, movie theater and shopping, including a weekly farmers market!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Having a town home offers much more quiet and privacy than a condo unit. This unit is especially nice as the 4 unit building is at the very end of the townhomes. One of the few that have no parking directly in front. This unit is also a short walk to pool and tennis.
