Parking available in the courtyard. Underfloor heating on the ground floor. In a carefully renovated house, this apartment combines charm and authenticity. Exposed beams highlight the character of the various rooms. A private 15 m² terrace pleasantly extends the living space. House located on the heights of Chanaz, a characterful town at the end of Lake Bourget. Conjux beach is 4 km away. Savière Lock and the banks of the Rhône are 5 km away. Major road passes are nearby: Grand Colombier, Relais du Chat, Revard. The spa town of Aix-les-Bains is 21 km away.
