A fully renovated traditional house in a 1.5-hectare park with a secure 8x3m swimming pool (alarm-equipped) and a pool house with sun loungers and a drinks area under the trees, a pétanque court, a summer kitchen with a griddle and double fryer, and a covered terrace with a dining table and lounge area. The open-plan kitchen/dining room features a wood-burning stove, a 5-burner range cooker, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a wine cellar, a microwave, a bean-to-cup coffee maker, and a toaster. The utility room includes another refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, and a dryer. The living room has a wood-burning insert fireplace, two 3-seater sofas, two 2-seater poufs, and two armchairs with two coffee tables, a TV, internet access, and a stereo system. There are two separate toilets and two bathrooms, each with a shower or bathtub, sink, and towel warmer. Bed linen and bath mats are provided. This peaceful house, with no neighbors, is located on the banks of a river and is 8 km from the town of Saint Palais, which offers all amenities, pelota courts, and a market. Beautiful sightseeing, beautiful walks and the ocean 40 minutes away (Biarritz).

Une maison très agréable lors de notre séjour de quinze jours à 7 personnes (3 adultes et 4 enfants). Chacun pouvait vivre librement sans se marcher dessus et se retrouver ensemble le soir autour de la table. Un cadre arboré et ombragé venait aussi donner de la fraîcheur à l'ensemble. Très bonne expérience pour notre part merci encore
Une maison familiale très bien équipée pour 10 personnes !!! Le lieu est paisible, calme idéal pour se ressourcer ! La maison est très propre !La communication avec l'hôte au top !!!Vacances au top !!! Merci à Karine et Olivier !
(Très) grande maison familiale, pleine d'une véritable histoire et de souvenirs.Séjour de 2 semaines pour 6 personnes, sans se marcher sur les pieds.A noter: la maison est restée fraiche pendant la canicule, surtout au RdC.Excellente communication avec la propriétaire.Les gros plus:- La piscine- La tranquillité - pas de voisins- Plusieurs grandes zones extérieures à l'ombre: terrasse, pool-house...- La cuisine intérieure (la taille)- La cuisine extérieure
