This relaxing getaway is close to everything popular to do in the Phoenix area. Many prestigious golf courses nearby to test your skill, numerous MLB Spring training fields in the vicinity, Cardinal stadium is 11 min drive , and the Nascar track is the next town over. The ever popular Top Golf is 5 mins from the house as is a large outlet mall, entertainment district, and numerous restaurants to choose from. Come back to our place and enjoy a dip in the heated pool after a day of experiencing any of these great activities. Hi-speed Wi-Fi powers the house for those that need to bring some work with them or for streaming of your favorite movie or show. Fully stocked kitchen, blender for margaritas, drip and Keurig coffee maker. Master has a king, the other three bedrooms are queen. Toys for the pool, floaties for the kids, umbrellas to shade, loungers to enjoy the sun. A Foosball table to test your skill against family and friends. Adjacent to the home is a large family park and fitness trail. Although there is lots to do, this is not a party house, sorry.
26 mins from Sky Harbor airport. 45 mins from Mesa Airport. 4 hr drive from Las Vegas or San Diego. 35 mins to downtown Scottsdale. 2 hrs to get your Chakra centered in Sedona.

There is NO overnight parking on the street .There is two parking spots in driveway for parking.
Garbage/recycle must go out on garbage days. For our home to run smoothly for everyone we need renters to do a small part by taking the garbage out.
There are no parties and or family gatherings in or around the property.

La maison ztait parfaite dans un quartier tres trabquille et bien placee pres du parc, ,cuisine vraiment complète et tout tres propre .La piscine est ideakement chauffee vraiment rien à redire. Les hotes John et Lisa très sympathiques .

This house offered more than we ever could have imagined; from kitchen gadgets and seasonings, to board games, yard games, and pool toys. The owners were amazing to work with and extremely attentive. We definitely will be staying here again on our next visit to the area!

This house was amazing. We had everything, soft sheets, comfortable beds, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion,spices in the kitchen, bin full of pool floats, a pump to pump them up, games to play. I could go on and on, this house was so clean and perfect. The owner were great and responsive to messages prior to checking in. Wonderful home, thank you for sharing it.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our month in this beautiful home. It was large and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our favorite part was the outdoor space with plenty of entertainment areas in and out of sun. And the pool was a hut and got a lot of use.

Very impressive home. I have never stayed anywhere with so many amenities. Comfortable, spacious, great outdoor space, host helped out a couple of times. I am looking forward to another visit in the future.

Excellent stay for golf weekend

House was as advertised. Modern amenities and very well stocked. Safe neighborhood with park next door. Pool was warm and clean. John & Lisa were very available and responsive. I'd stay again if ever in area.

Clean home/noisy neighborhood

The house was very clean, well stocked and fit our family.The issue was the 4 barking and howling dogs in the neighbor’s back yard. We stayed at the home for almost a month and the dogs barked or howled every day starting at 7: 00 am and continued on/off all day. Wished they had disclosed the dog issue. When I texted her about the dogs, Lisa stated they were an issue.

All You Could Ever Need!!!

This home is exceptionally clean, fully equipped and has all the comforts you need to feel at home. The backyard was relaxing with a beautiful heated pool, fire pit and patio. Owners were always available for questions. Location in a quiet area, only 10 mins to Westgate Entertainment District.

We had a fabulous stay! The house was beautiful, well equipped, very clean, great neighborhood, and comfortable beds. There was plenty of room inside and out for our family of 8. Everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We would absolutely book again.

Phoenix in the winter!

We love Phoenix in the winter! This house is on a great lot-end of colder with just grass and a trail on one side. Great pool and outdoor living. The home had everything we needed and is well maintained. John and Lisa were great hosts. Very responsive and accommodating!

Beautiful, Clean, and Well Equipped

I really can't say enough about this beautiful, comfortable home. My family really enjoyed our stay. The owners were responsive and very nice. All of the appliances are new and top knotch. The pool was really nice and the backyard was great. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was awesome! Fully stocked with everything you would need. Pool was heated prior to arrival which was awesome for my kids. Asp nice to have the park and all the grass right next door for the kids to play why we got ready in the mornings. The owner was extremely responsive as well.

Great House and Location

We had a great stay in this house. The house was near Camelback Ranch, with great restaurants, coffee, and grocery stores. The layout of the house was excellent, and we enjoyed the backyard. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate. John and Lisa were highly responsive; this was one of the better VRBOs we've ever stayed at. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay

Our family stay here was exceptional, exactly as we expected based off the listing. The entire house (inside and outside) is beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has nice appliances. The area is quite quiet too. John and Lisa were the best hosts, our communication with them was always very pleasant and they were always very quick to respond. The house is near anything you would want to get to (golf courses, shopping, the stadium etc..). Really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everyone in my family all mentioned a few times they would want to come back to this place, should we come back to the area. Thanks for an amazing stay, John and Lisa!

Excellent Hosts---BEAUTIFUL home!

After not travelling for 3 years, it was such a PLEASURE to find this property for our family to enjoy on our first family vacation in a long time. John and Lisa were amazing and attentive hosts, extremely helpful leading up to our trip in providing locations for grocery stores, restaurants and things to do. They were equally available throughout the trip and a pleasure to communicate with. The house is BEAUTIFUL--CLEAN and has everything you need! The pool---the firepit---the backyard---was an oasis and a wonderful escape from the reality of life back in Canada. Having it heated made it possible to swim during chilly days and evenings. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and we hope to come back again soon!

Perfect for our needs

We were in Phoenix for a family reunion and decided on a road trip from the Chicago area. We stayed in Santa Fe for 2 nights, should have stayed longer because there is so much to see and do. We will be back. And hopefully this unit is available, the location is walking distance to everything
