ROSE Holidays offers this beautiful duplex apartment, located in La Chaume, just opposite the channel, with an unobstructed and stunning view. This 60 m² accommodation, ideal for family or friends stays, combines comfort, space and a prime location.

In this exceptional situation, you can fully enjoy La Chaume on foot or by bicycle: port, shops, restaurants, beach... everything is in the immediate vicinity. You will particularly appreciate the terrace-balcony with a view of the channel, perfect for your outdoor meals or simply admiring the coming and going of boats.
The duplex consists of:
From a large, bright living space, with living room and television area, a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine...
Three bedrooms spread across two levels:
A first spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a washbasin and private WC.
A second bedroom with a double bed.
A third bedroom also with a double bed.
A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and storage unit.
Separate WC for added comfort.
