Welcome to 3907 Palm Boulevard, a stunning 8-bedroom ocean view home on the beautiful Isle of Palms, just a short drive from the historic city of Charleston. This recently constructed residence showcases refined coastal elegance throughout, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and timeless charm for your getaway.
Stationed just steps away from beach access on the iconic and coveted Palm Boulevard, you'll arrive to ocean sounds and the smell of salty breezes. Take pleasure in the convenient ground floor elevator, accessible from the expansive 4-car garage for unloading and unpacking with ease.
Upon entering the first floor, you'll be welcomed by a bright and expansive floor plan. On the oceanside of the house you'll find the living area, dining area, and chef's kitchen. All dazzling in their own right, and intentionally designed to create a premiere guest experience, it allows for entertaining and spending time together as seamless as possible.
The kitchen boasts chef-approved appliances, such as the double stove and 8-burner gas range, commercial-sized refrigerator, and two dishwashers. Equipped for even the most avid of home cooks. Enjoy an additional butler's kitchenette off of the pool deck - complete with a half bath, beverage refrigerator, and ice maker. Making poolside cocktails has never been more convenient.
The light-filled living area, which is outfitted with beautiful luxury furnishings (as is the entire home!) - is showcased by the floor-to-ceiling steel doors that open to the outdoor living spaces and pool deck to create a true indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
All eight bedrooms in the home are suites, complete with private baths and TVs with streaming abilities. The first three king suites are located on the first level. Two with large walk-in, rainfall showers, and one with a tub/shower combination.
Head upstairs (or take the elevator!) to the second level for four additional bedrooms as well as a laundry room with a utility sink. On this floor, you'll find a room with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Next up is another king suite with private bath and a tub/shower combination. There are two more luxury king suites on this second level. Both share access to a gorgeous sun porch, complete with beautiful views of the Atlantic. One of the primary suites also includes a beautiful soaking tub, perfect for after a long day of sun at the beach.
Finally, we come to the third level, a kid's paradise! This loft-style suite, which takes up the entire top level of the home, features an entertainment room with a Smart TV, games, and access to another sun deck with ocean views. This massive room sleeps up to 4 with the two built-in twin beds and twin trundles underneath. You might not be able to get the kids in the group to come down after seeing the space!

This house is not a party house and events are not allowed. We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM. No more than 16 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes. Please refrain from hanging decorations on walls and surfaces. If policies are not adhered to, fines up to $500 may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home. Loved the layout of the house with the pool on the deck on the living space level. It had great outdoor space with sitting, eating and large screen TV. Close to the beach, too!

Property was amazing for our large family, fit the family comfortably and the house was very clean. Access to beach was directly across the street making it easy to jump back and forth. Only wish the TV on the porch in the pictures was still there we would have used the pool even more. Highly recommend and would stay again.

With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, it's hard to beat for a family reunion. Beautiful common area, gorgeous deck/patio/pool. Wonderful location, only steps from the beach on a path directly in front of the house. My only suggestion would be to provide a portable fan for the loft bedroom on the top level, as it did get quite warm up there. Overall, a perfect stay!
Very nice although if you could have stocked some more cleaning products that would have helped us keep it clean! Also need more dish towels and a wire rack inside the kitchen sink to avoid scratches. But wverything was really great!!! Thank you!!

The location and the home itself is PERFECT/ The beach access was right across the street, the house itself was meticulously clean and well presented. Each room was beautifully designed, the communal space was amazing and suited our needs for a luxury womens' retreat to a tee. We had only one disappointment, when we arrived we noticed a smell on the first floor that we bought airspray and candles for that got rid of the problem. But by the first night we were swatting away dozens of flies. We didn't find the source of the problem until the third day when we took the trash out and saw that the trash was overflowing and covered in flies. When we mentioned it to the company they were VERY prompt at removing the trash and the smell and the flies all disappeared. I wish we had known to check the trash when we arrived but the problem was solved quickly. The response time was actually extremely impressive. I definitely will rent this house again!

Tropical Storm Debby
Hello We were forced to evacuate due to the storm and power outage. We arrived on Saturday and by Tuesday morning at 2 AM the front yard was flooded and the power went out in the property. THERE WAS NOT ONE FLASHLIGHT ANYWHERE IN THE PROPERTY THAT WE COULD LOCATE. We had infants and adults and when the power went out we called the local police dispatch and packed up shortly after. There was no end in sight for the power outage and the storm was to get worse. There was a confirmed tornado not far from us and when the police gave us an alternate route off of the island due to trees down on the main road as well as power lines down around the island. We packed up with our cell phone flashlights, cleaned the place well and left. We were not contacted by the property once to check in or see if we were ok.This was very unsettling for us.There were cockroaches all over the main floor I am guessing due to the storm waters. Nonetheless we had reached out to Sweetgrass properties the day before the storm to alert them that we were concerned about the cockroaches with small children around. By the time we left there were a dozen of them running around the main floor. We still have not heard ONE WORD from the property managers and would like to discuss a partial refund of our money due to the lack of emergency protocol and the simple fact that it was not safe to stay on IOP with small children and no power in the property! We communicated with all our guests before the storm, advising them to purchase travel insurance and making it clear that refunds would not be issued due to the storm. Per our recent conversation, It’s unfortunate that you chose not to purchase travel insurance for your stay.
Regarding the power outage, it was an island-wide issue and lasted only a few hours. We apologize for the lack of flashlights, which should have been available, and we are addressing this to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We take pest control very seriously and routinely maintain all our properties. We’re sorry to hear about your cockroach sighting. After your departure, we inspected the property and found no evidence of cockroaches.
We’d also like to clarify that there was no mandatory evacuation issued for the area. While we respect your decision to leave early, it was made independently and was not required by local authorities.
We appreciate your understanding that natural events like this don’t reflect the quality of the property or our commitment to providing a positive experience.
