Quiet location in a cul-de-sac, around 60 m above the Rhine with a view over the Rhine Valley. Two access paths to the Rheinsteig start directly at the house. Centrally located between Koblenz, Boppard, Rüdesheim and the Loreley – ideal for hiking, visiting castles, boat trips and excursions in the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley. Access is via a side road (tarmacked). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property. There is an EV charging station on the property. Further free parking is available in the village.
