TPC Golf Course is a short 5- minute drive where you can enjoy the 865 acre golf community, featuring majestic views of the Rocky Mountains and nestled alongside the sparkling blue waters of Lonetree, McNeil and Welch Reservoirs. TPC offers an 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse, a community center, pool, fitness facility and a dynamic lakefront gathering locale.

This house is adorable & comfortable! In a great quiet neighborhood with people walking dogs & super friendly. Our morning walks were very enjoyable! Love Loveland!

This was our second stay at the Knock's and we will continue to stay here for all our visits to Loveland. It is the perfect place to entertain my son and his family when we come to visit them. The kids enjoy the air hockey and hot tub.....makes us the "cool" grandparents!!

Mom’s weekend away was great at this house. 4 bed room and 2 bath room plus hot tub! It’s all we need. Location was great, we DoorDash in anything we needed. Out door lights were so cute a our favorite touch.

The house was so fun and well equipped. I wish we had saved some more time for house enjoyment. The hot tub was great, backyard very inviting. Kitchen completely stocked. Even an apple tree in the back yard. We had cooked apples for breakfast that were amazing. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely book again.

great for a family

There were five adults and two children. We were all comfortable and pleased with the home. It was very clean and everything was easy to find. It seemed as though it was a recent, quality, and thorough remodel. We didn't need to do any cooking, but I noted there was only one small fry pan which wouldn't have been adequate if we had. I would recommend this place highly for any family.

Knox, hot tub Haven

When we arrived to the property, it was buried in snow! The patio was amazing and we use the hot tub even though it was cold. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. The basement space was great with the ping-pong/air hockey table. We got a lot of use out of that. The washer and dryer size was enough for us to wash all of our cold weather gear from the mountains. We will stay there again.

LOVE the HOT TUB HAVEN

We loved our stay at Knock's Hot Tub Haven!! My husband is a tough critic and he said this was the best place we have ever stayed!! The host thought of everything, no need to run out for last-minute supplies. The house is smartly set up with optimal sleeping accommodations and activities for the kids. We were just blocks from my son and his new family. The kids enjoyed the downstairs activities and were eager to keep visiting us! I contacted the property manager numerous times during the booking process and she was always very helpful and responded quickly. We will most definitely return and my daughter plans to stay when she visits her brother in the future!

The home was tidy and spacious. Located in a working class neighborhood close to a lovely downtown area with a nice selection of restaurants and breweries. Matresses could have been softer for my liking. Had some issues, initially, with the pots and pans as they were so old an scratched that they were unusable. And the grill was very dirty and flames would ruin any.meat cooking. BUT!!! The rental mgmt was very quick to respond and remedy the situation.
