The ground floor apartment overlooking the inner courtyard is a studio designed for two travelers, equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay in the city.
It has an independent bathroom.
The living space includes a convertible sofa designed for two people, offering a convenient sleeping solution.

On the equipment side, you will find everything you need for an autonomous and practical stay: a Wifi connection, a television, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron. These elements allow you to enjoy a certain independence during your stay in Paris.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE – Read carefully before booking:
Access to the accommodation is through a narrow hallway and a shared inner courtyard, which the bedroom windows look out onto. Please note that both this access hallway and the shared courtyard are used as a storage area for the building's trash cans (visible in the last photos of the listing). This setup, managed by the building co-op, may occasionally cause odors, noise, or make it slightly difficult to move through. The appearance of these shared common areas (which are completely out of our control) stands in stark contrast to the care, cleanliness, and comfort we have created inside your room.

The accommodation is located in a pleasant area of the 17th arrondissement, between Haussmann architecture, shopping streets and lively places.
Several points of interest are easily accessible on foot or by transport.
- You can notably reach the Parc Monceau, an ideal place to relax, or the Batignolles district, known for its markets, restaurants and Parisian atmosphere.
- Place de Clichy and its many dining and entertainment options are also within walking distance.

This accommodation is well served, facilitating your trips to cultural places, museums, green spaces or emblematic neighborhoods of the city. Whether you are in Paris for a few days or for a week, this base offers a good base to explore the city.
