Perfect spot in the 17th!

This apartment is such a perfect spot in an area that is close to restaurants, grocery shopping, and three metro stations. Anne is a wonderful host and very communicative.

Amazing Apartment in Paris

I can not express what a great experience we had at this cute little apartment. It is small but has everything you could possibly need. Anne and Antoine are fabulous hosts who are very accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Nice little apartment

It’s cute and cozy and close to a metro stop, which is really great. Anne and Antoine are very responsive and helpful. And the bottle of wine was a nice touch, thank you!

Wonderful Studio Apartment

Anne & Antione’s apartment is a wonderful flat in the 17th. The flat contains everything you need for a comfortable stay … I stayed two weeks and it was a great stay. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. My only comment is … it is not on a great Metro line … you need to change for most all destinations. But Antione told me about app: Bonjour RATP which allowed me to ride the buses with comfort and ease …the buses allowed for more direct travel and the sights of Paris as we rode along.

Comfortable and attractive apartment with view of rooftops

The apartment is small but big enough to have a solid table and chairs, and a sitting chair. Shower is good-sized - not one of those tiny ones. Furnished and decorated with care. Pull out sofa works easily and is quite comfortable. Nice artwork on walls. I like the neighborhood, though some might find it a tad gritty. Lots of places to eat and walk. Anne was very kind and met us at the apartment. Was nearby if we needed anything. Loved the view of rooftops. Would stay here again in an instant.

Perfect!

the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is small, but very clean and cozy and has everything you need in it! The internet is very good. Anne and her husband are very attentive, kind and responsive, ready to help at any moment. We had a problem with the flight and they offered us the next night for free. An extremely kind gesture on their part! Thanks Anne! It is very important that there is very convenient transportation - the metro and the bus stop are a few minutes away. Around there are many places to eat, a supermarket, cafes, a pastry shop with delicious cakes. We would happily come back again and highly recommend it to everyone Anna and Georgi Bulgaria

Sehr nette Vermieterin, tolle Wohnung mit allem was man brauchte. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm und für Paris verhältnismäßig leise, es gibt direkt um die Ecke eine Metrostation und einen großen Supermarkt. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Charmant studio dans le 17e arrondissement

Ce charmant studio est situé sur une rue calme à quelques pas d'une rue commerçante et d'une station de métro. D'une propreté irréprochable, on y retrouve tout le confort afin d'y passer un excellent séjour. En plus, l'immeuble est doté d'un ascenseur, ce qui est pratique après une journée de marche dans les rues de Paris. Un grand merci à Anne pour son excellent accueil et ses recommandations.

Das Appartement von Anne kann ich wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Es ist sehr ruhig und in einem lebendigen, typischen Pariser Quartier gelegen. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was es braucht um sich dort zu Hause zu fühlen. Der Austausch mit Anne war immer sehr gut und wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden wenn wir einen Rat brauchten oder eine Frage auftauchte. Wir würden keinen Moment zögern unseren nächsten Aufenthalt wieder in dieser charmanten Wohnung zu verbringen. Eveline und Urs

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Der Vorabkontak mit der Vermieterin Anne war einfach fantastisch. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Ebenso der Empfang war sehr gut. Danke.Die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen, klein aber sehr gemütlich, alles da was man braucht. In der Umgebung sehr viele Geschäfte, ein fantastischer Bäcker und eine tolle Markthalle. Auch ein sehr gutes Thai Restaurant ist in der direkten Nähe, Urteil meiner Partnerin, ist eine Thai. Zur Metro und zu diversen Buslinien ist es auch nicht weit. Die Gegend ist multikulti, für manche Menschen vielleicht nicht so ganz das Richtige, nicht gerade sauber. Uns störte es nicht.

Séjour fort agréable

Parfait comme pied à terre pour notre séjour à Paris. Accueil chaleureux et très conciliant quand à notre heure d’arrivée et de départ ce qui est fort apprécié. Petit ascenseur fort apprécié après une longue journée de marche. Rue très tranquille mais proche du métro, bus, marché, épicerie, boulangerie et plus.

The real Paris experience

Anne greeted me warmly and spent a bit of time explaining the property and the neighborhood to me. I loved the area: colourful, multi-ethnic, very genuine. A great sense of daily life in Paris. Un Studio Charmant

I spent a wonderful 2 weeks in the studio. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is close by the supermarket, the small marches, and a bakery. The metro entrance is just a few minutes walk and there’s a great brasserie La Libre Echange, right there. There’s a great view of the rooftops. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets too. Anne and Antoine are pefect hosts and provide a great place to stay in Paris.

Enjoyable stay

I enjoyed my stay in Anne’s apartment so much. Anne was so kind, helpful and understanding. It was exactly what I needed for my first solo European trip. I felt very safe and comfortable. The apartment was clean and had what I needed. The metro, bakery and Super U were close by.
