The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 28 m² cottage for rent in Eppe-Sauvage, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 13 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.
Outside:
- A 9 m² south-west facing terrace
The cottage is ideally located in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, archery, hiking, mountain biking, pedal boats, mini golf, tree climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, laser tag, catamaran sailing, electric boats, trampoline, inflatable structures (summer)

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the cottage.

- Nearest train station: Maubeuge, 19 miles away
- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin, 72 miles away
