New house part 2013/2014 Brand New! The Endhausteil has a size of approximately 84 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor is a large living room with open kitchen and dining area. The comfortable couch and leather chairs invites you to linger. In the kitchen there is an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, etc. From the living room you can go to the south / west terrace). There patio furniture and a beach chair are where you can enjoy the sunshine. A back storage under the stairs provides ample storage space for your luggage. The upper floor has two bedrooms. A bedroom with a French double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with a French double bed (180 x 200 cm) and fitted wardrobes provide enough space. Shower / WC. In DG is another bedroom is with a French double bed (160 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have a TV connection. On the ground floor is still a toilet. A parking space is directly in front of the house. Sheets and towels only on order. The livestock is permitted from September 2016! Non smoking home in Sylt
