Gîte Trugarez, small renovated house. Situated in the green on the Pink Granite Coast

The Gîte Trugarez is a small house completely renovated where everything is thought out for your comfort.
Surrounded by 6 hectares where my horses live, the calm is there to spend a good holiday.

Ideally located to visit the Pink Granite Coast and yet in the green.
3km from the port of Perros-Guirec.
5km from the beach of Trestraou (Perros-Guirec).
Less than 10km from the beaches of Trégastel and Trébeurden

Description of the accommodation:
On the first floor you will discover the living room with an open kitchen. Two large bay windows bring great light to this room (south facing) and open onto a fully enclosed wooden terrace. You can enjoy the garden furniture, a dining area with a barbecue or rest in the sunbeds.
A bathroom with a large shower (160cm x80cm) and separate toilets, as well as a room with washing machine complete the first floor.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms under the slope.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 160cmx200cm bed
Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 single beds of 80cmx200cm (which can be transformed on request into a large bed of 160cmx200cm).

Free parking is available on site. You can park in front with 1 or 2 vehicles.
