Schwan's apartment - Karlsruhe Grötzingen

We offer affordable, modern accommodation on the ground floor with 70m² for short, medium or long-term stays. B. for fitters or as a holiday home (non-smoking, gas-fired).

It is located in a quiet residential area of Karlsruhe-Grötzingen.



Our accommodation was completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with all amenities (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, fridge freezer, LCD TV, ...). But closets, comfortable beds (no bunk beds), blankets and bed linen are of course available and included in the price.


There is ample free parking right in front of the property.



Karlsruhe-Grötzingen offers great transport links and is very central despite the outskirts of the city. a. also by bus and train connection.



Motorway triangle Karlsruhe (exit and exit Karlsruhe-Nord) 2 km away.

Shopping possibilities in the place and surroundings sufficiently available.

Close to nature with adjacent bathing lake.

Sehr sauber und alles neu. Es fehlt an Nichts. Jegliche Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Kurze Anbindung an Autobahn. Sehr nette Vermieter. Extrawünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Fewo in ruhiger, naturnaher Stadtrandlage

Die Dreizimmerwohnung ist sehr geräumig und tipptopp in Ordnung. Küche und Duschbad sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter, ein älteres Paar, das im Obergeschoss wohnt, haben eine herzliche und unkomplizierte Art, sind aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Dass wir am ersten Abend deutlich später ankamen als gedacht, war kein Problem. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel. Ein großer Supermarkt (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) ist ca. 4 km entfernt. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Anhöhe mit schönen Wanderwegen und Ausblicken. Die Innenstadt von Karlsruhe ist mit dem Auto in einer kanppen Viertelstunde erreichbar.

Tolle Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht. Dazu war die Vermieterin sehr herzlich, die Wohnung picobello sauber, das Bad sehr modern, die Gegend schön ruhig und der Ort ist auch sehenswert. Er hat einen historischen Rundweg, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und zum Essen gehen empfahl die Vermieterin das Grezzo, das wir nun auch empfehlen können;-) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nette Vermieter die im Haus mit wohnen. Erdgeschoss Wohnung. Das Doppelbett war ca 160 cm breit , für etwas stimmiger Personen etwas schmal. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert. Sonst sehr gemütlich. die gerne wieder.!!!
