Welcome to my unique property! This remodeled single-family home has an affordable studio apartment located at the front of the property. They have their own private, secure entrance. You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your unit, and the only shared space is the public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
As required by the city licensing, a long-term tenant resides in the neighboring unit. However, you shouldn’t notice them at all during your stay. They help maintain the yard, trash, and snow removal, ensuring the property stays neat and well-kept. They are very respectful of your space and privacy, and you’ll likely never cross paths.
Like an apartment or hotel, you may hear the usual sounds of daily life. If there’s ever any disturbance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'm here to ensure your comfort.
