Welcome to the GUEST HOUSE FLORIAN in Tegernsee! In the cozy, family-style "guest house with a special flair", newly renovated and in very sunny and quiet location, you have a choice of five double and two single rooms. Enjoy from the balcony the beautiful views of the mountains in the Tegernsee valley. Hiking and mountain bike tours start right outside our front door, in just a few minutes walk from the south shore of Lake Tegernsee with the lake and Warmbad Rottach-Egern. The center of the neighboring town, with its shops, restaurants also many ways to make your stay pleasant. Parking in front of the house are available. We look forward to seeing family Winkelmann
