Make sure you read all directions in advance. We set off the alarm upon entry and couldn't figure out how to turn it off.Otherwise it was a great property. We could not get the dryer portion of the washer to work. Not sure if it was user error or machine failure, but we had clothes in there for 5 hours still damp

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and for your stay. I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulties with the alarm and the washer-dryer. We understand how frustrating that can be. The alarm instructions are available in the welcome guide, but we will review them to make sure they are clearer for future guests. Regarding the washer-dryer, thank you for letting us know. We will check the appliance to ensure it is working properly and determine whether there may have been a technical issue. We're pleased to hear that you otherwise enjoyed the property, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, Sophia
