About this property
Cottage in the center of Crikvenica, about 130 sqm + 63 sqm terraces + garden
Dear guests,
We rent a 130 sqm large, air-conditioned holiday home in the middle of the seaside resort of Crikvenica (Kvarner Bay). Each of the three spacious bedrooms (parquet floor) with sea view, equipped with top furniture and top beds, has a double bed. We have also equipped two rooms with extra beds, so we can offer you a total of 8 beds. An additional travel cot with a very good mattress is also available for toddlers.
The kitchen with dining area is very well equipped (pots, roasting pan, frying pan, glasses, cups, dishes, blender, Pürrierstab, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) Large fridge with large freezer. Microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Also iron and ironing board.
There is a bathroom available. Sat-TV and W-LAN are available.
On the two large terraces overlooking the sea you can z. B. barbecue (kettle grill from Weber) and relax on the garden furniture.
The big advantage of this holiday home is the location of the property. From here you can easily reach almost everything in the village within a few minutes on foot.

Großzügiges Objekt
Alles gut.
Sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Ganstgeber.
Leider gibts es wegen der engen Straßen keine Parkplätze am Haus, deswegen ein Punkt abzug.
Ansonsten alles Top.

Tolles Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr gute Ausstattung in allen Räumen. Komplett neues Mobiliar. Durch die zentrale Lage ist vieles fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Parksituation direkt am Objekt ist eher schwierig, hier sollte man vorher mit dem Vermieter sprechen, er bietet Alternativen.
Ein sehr netter Vermieter, unsere Anliegen wurden umgehend und zufriedenstellend behandelt. Eine Empfehlung!
