The house was in great location and the host was very communicative.The only downside was the twisting staircase and ability to get to the top floor with luggage.

Great place to stay in Knoxville. You can walk to any restaurant, bar, shopping you want. Plus you’r only a few minutes way from campus! Host did a great job of communicating. Everything was made easy for us! I would definitely stay here again when we return!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient. However, upon arrival, we noticed there was trash still in the cans and dirty towels on the floor. The host was responsive and apologetic.

Good spot, right in old city. Lovely place, I do wish the parking situation was better though. There is no longer any free parking in those parking lots. Overall would stay here again.

Great location! Easy check in! We parked across the street in the pay parking gravel lot - it was 33 a day and was super convenient to the unit. Not sure about the ‘parking pass’ that was supposedly in the unit because we didn’t see one but that was fine. Being across the street was easier for luggage, etc. Loved the character of the place and being right in Old City was great!

Such a great location! This worked really well for our visit, check in was super easy and communication was excellent. The place was clean though the common area furniture could use a refresh. Overall a great stay!

The loft itself is fine. The walk up to get to the loft is not maintained. It was full of garbage, and there was a mouse running around. The door to get into the building was not secured and had tape holding the door open. The door to the loft did not work well and needs to be fixed. There is a train that goes by constantly honking the horn, so good luck getting any sleep.

Family Trip

The location is close to Market Square and University. We enjoyed the convenience of that. The property manager did a good job communicating with us. The building/home needed some cleaning improvements and small amount of TLC with furniture. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. With some TLC this would be a great place to stay.

Sub-par because I was required to download an app on my phone to get into the property. The location is good apart from the train switchyard across the street that operates in the middle of the night.

Less than expected

Very disappointed in this property. Considering how expensive it was I was upset to find-an empty liquor bottle in the room my kids stayed in-closets with no doors on it-Dish-ware with food remnant in the cupboard-an empty linen closet with no blankets-stains on the couch in the living room-food stains splattered on the wall by the garbage canI reached out to the host as soon as we got there but there was no resolution and poor communication. Upon checking out, we saw somebody had dropped off a bag of linens in the hallway.

“Free” parking too far away! No simple refreshments provided. Not even a simple bottle of water in the refrigerator. Mold in the showers. No parking pass available as was told there would be one available. Cost too high for this property! Could not get luggage up the spiral staircase.

NOT AS REPRESENTED IN THE PHOTOS!!

This rental is not as represented in the pictures. The towels were damp. Folded up damp! The couches have stains on them. There was a horrible smell we couldn't figure out what it was. Found out later it was coming from a small door in the upstairs bathroom. I advise not opening it! The air mattresses advertised didn't even have an air pump. Walls were dirty with dents and marks all over them. Wish I had read some of the other reviews before renting. Way too over priced for the quality you get!! Hopefully this helps someone else thinking about renting!

Photo Is Deceiving and Cleanliness is Less Than OK

This property is actually located very near to a great part of town...very near. For the price of this loft, I was expecting it to feel and look more like the photo online. This place was not in very good shape. It smelled a little dank, the flooring did not feel very clean, area rug was curled up at the edges and worn. My wife and I did not feel comfortable sitting on the furniture, and the bedspread was stained! the mattress was sloped on one side so much so that it was comical! I was literally rolling off of the bed, so we switched to the other bedroom. Also, it was advertised as big enough to house 8 people, but there were only beds for four! The other four were expected to sleep on the air mattresses provided. To their credit, communication was stellar, accessing the unit was convenient, and we were a very short walk to a really cool part of town. I will probably not use VRBO anymore because I feel I have been burned two of my three times using the service. Units never seem to be quite as nice as promoted.
