On the ground floor (60m²) there is the living and dining room, the kitchen, the bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms for 3 people (bunk bed and single bed).
The upper floor (30m²) offers 2 sleeping areas for 4 people (double bed and 2 single beds).

Schön gelegene Hütte mit großem Grundstück und einen tollen Terrasse. Innen ebenfalls gemütlich, wenn auch von der Grundsubstanz nicht mehr top-modern. Dafür aber sauber und gut eingerichtet, mit großem Bad. Eventuell sollte man explizit in der Beschreibung darauf hinweisen, dass die "zwei Schlafzimmer" im OG nicht wirklich abgetrennte Räume mit Wänden und Türen sind, sondern das Dachgeschoss quasi ein offener Raum ist mit 2 Betten ganz am ein und am anderen Ende des DG. Kontaktaufnahme samt Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe auch sehr angenehm und stressfrei. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Häuschen am Dorfrand

Wir hatten einen tolles Wochenende in der Blockhütte. Wurden nett begrüßt. die Hütte hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick, die Ruhe und die Möglichkeiten zu Wandern haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Besuch im Legoland Günzburg

Um das Legoland in Günzburg zu besuchen, war das Häuschen in Stubersheim ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Im Grünen gelegen ist das Objekt für zwei Kinder im Alter von 4 und 7 Jahren gut geeignet. Sie hatten viel Platz zum Spielen im Freien. Insgesamt ist das Objekt aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es bedürfte einer dringenden Generalsanierung. Sowohl das Bad, Wc, der Wohnbereich sind bei weitem nicht mehr zeitgemäß.Die Schlafzimmer erinnern eher an ein Ferienlager oder eine Jugendherberge. Dafür war der Preis doch recht hoch. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Haus ist in den Schlafräumen sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Schon in die Jahre gekommen. ( Bett hat gequietscht) Schränke gingen nicht richtig zu. Keine Beleuchtung an der Eingangsseite. Duschkabine ist auch in die Jahre gekommen. Leider waren auch zwei Mäuse in der Küche ( Mülleimer ).

Immer eine Reise wert

Seit nun vier Jahren kommen wir, eine Gruppe aus ehemaligen Schulfreunden, hier her und freuen uns jedes Jahr aufs neue dieses kleine Idyll damals für uns enteckt zu haben. Die Unterkunft bietet so gut wie alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation läuft einwandfrei.

Die "Zimmer" im DG waren nicht unterteilt, sondern es trennte lediglich ein Vorhang. Wenn wir nicht seit fünf Jahrzehnten befreundet wären, hätte uns das erheblich (!) gestört, so nur etwas.

Vacance en Allemagne

Nous avons passés de bonne vacance dans ce chalet. Proche de legoland et d'un camp de concentration (le but de notre sejour) Rien ne manque dans le chalet, petit bémol pour le mobilier (chaise craquelée) et banquette tres tres dure. Petit bemol également sur le jour de notre départ, nous avons dû déposer les clés du logement car aucunes indications dans leurs restaurant à 1km mais une impression de déranger. Le propriétaire n'est pas sortie de la cuisine, jai donc donné les clés à une serveuse. Rien de grave, mais j'ai trouvé cela dommage..

Wir haben das Haus als Basis für unsere Aktivitäten in der Umgebung genutzt und es hat seine Zwecke erfüllt. Bequeme Betten und schöner Garten. Für längeren Aufenthalt und Regentage könnte die Ausstattung etwas üppiger ausfallen (mehr Besteck, besseres Beleuchtungskonzept). Haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen.

Super langes Wochenende

Wir haben mit 6 erw. Personen das lange Wochenende nach Fronleichnam genossen. Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie beschrieben. Leider ist unser 7 Mann gesundheitsbedingt ausgefallen. Platz dafür wäre da gewesen. Ein Tagesausflug ging nach Ulm der andere nach Stuttgart. Die Lage ist dafür perfekt.

Außenanlage sehr runtergekommen!!!

Das Haus innen alt aber sauber …… Die Außenanlage war nicht schön, viel war kaputt, Bauschutt stand herum und der Grill würde als Aschenbecher benutzt! Die Gegend ist allerdings sehr schön und ist eine Reise wert…
