Spain is only 25km away, the opportunity for you to enjoy a getaway on the other side of the border. Fully renovated apartment with independent entrance located on the 1st floor of the boutique of a large wine estate. Kitchen open to the living room, separate toilet, bathroom (walk-in shower), 2 bedrooms: (1 bed 160) and (2 twin beds 90). Private terrace adjoining the cottage. Between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenean foothills in the heart of the Aspres region, the Gite de la Perdrix is the ideal starting point for exploring the Pyrénées Orientales
