Located in one of Lyon’s most iconic neighborhoods, just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Fresque des Lyonnais, this beautiful 5th-floor apartment is the ideal choice to discover Lyon while being close to everything.

From the windows, you will enjoy an open view over the Croix-Rousse hill and the Clos Saint-Benoît, a hidden historical gem with its gardens. Cross a bridge, and you are in the superb Vieux Lyon district, with its cobblestone streets, shops, and typical bouchon restaurants. Every Sunday morning, don’t miss the marché de la création (craft market) on quai Romain Rolland.

🏛️ A charming historic building
The apartment is nestled in a typical old building, full of character: the former caretaker’s lodge is still present, testifying to the history of the place.

Access: an elevator takes you to the 4th floor, then you will need to climb the last floor and a half on foot to reach a quiet apartment overlooking the courtyard, away from street noise.

🌞 A bright open-plan living room-kitchen with a view
Once inside, you will enjoy a beautiful open living room-kitchen space, bathed in light and offering a stunning view over the Croix-Rousse hill and the Clos Saint-Benoît with its gardens.

The living room features a comfortable sofa with HD TV. Wi-Fi included.

There is a kitchen counter for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals from A to Z: everything is provided (oven, hob, refrigerator, extractor hood, utensils, dishes, etc.).

🛏️ The bedroom
On the sleeping side, the bedroom has a double bed 140 × 190 cm and a window overlooking the quiet inner courtyard: no street noise at all, even in the heart of the city. A selection of various books is also available for your reading moments.

🚿 Bathroom & toilet
A bathroom with a shower and a mirror is at your disposal. Practical storage and a hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Soap and shower gel from the sustainable brand “GREENLAB”.

Toilet with sanibroyer (common in old buildings). Usage instructions are available in the apartment. The toilet is exclusively for toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for intervention.

Your flat is situated on Quai Saint-Vincent, in Lyon’s 1st arrondissement, at the foot of the Pentes de la Croix-Rousse. This iconic neighbourhood, once the heart of the silk industry with its Canuts, is now one of the liveliest and most authentic in Lyon.

Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find the famous Fresque des Lyonnais mural, as well as Place des Terreaux, the Lyon Opera House and the banks of the Saône. Vieux Lyon and its cobbled streets are a 5-minute walk away, as is the arts and crafts market held every Sunday morning on Quai Romain Rolland.

The slopes of Croix-Rousse are brimming with bars, restaurants, coffee shops and designer boutiques. The Hôtel de Ville (line A) and Croix-Paquet (line C) metro stations are also nearby, allowing you to easily reach all of Lyon’s other neighbourhoods.

These rules are an integral part of your booking conditions and must be respected in order to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

As soon as you enter the apartment, please report any malfunctions or anomalies you may notice.

Respect for the property and the neighborhood:

We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to:

Respect the residential environment:
Comply with the building's internal regulations.
Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Energy savings:
Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment.
Keep the apartment in good condition:
When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:

We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:

Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance.
Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building.

Strictly prohibited:

Smoking: strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly prohibited, under penalty of legal action.
Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for service.
Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted.
Modification or alteration prohibited: Any modification to the layout of the apartment, paintwork, furniture, decoration, or any movable or immovable element of the apartment is prohibited.
Events and parties: strictly prohibited.
Animals (pets or otherwise): strictly prohibited.
Tenant responsibility:

You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during your stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at cost.
Any modification or alteration to the premises is prohibited and will result in repair costs.
You must be covered by rental liability insurance, including theft, fire, water damage, and neighbors' claims.
