The interior is decorated in calming colors with a beach theme. Our 2 story townhouse is well kept (all redone), clean, tidy, comfortable, located in a nice, and friendly neighborhood within walking or biking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach , close to Disney and so many other Southern California attractions. Lots of extra amenities, well stocked kitchen and baths. Full access to our washer and dryer, all the laundry supplies needed. The beach cart, ice beach cooler, boogie boards, bikes, chairs, towels , umbrella, beach and sand toys for kids , volleyball balls come in handy. Ceiling and floor fans, private entrance. 1 car garage detached + driveway
