It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room with a magnificent sofa and two armchairs, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

NB: The house is situated in a recently built housing estate, where construction work is still ongoing in the surrounding area.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
