You will also find all the shops in the center of the vibrant village of Léon. This cottage is a detached house, located next to the family market garden. The exterior features a large wooded garden. The private terrace offers views of the trees. It includes a table, chairs, and garden furniture. A barbecue is also available. A gate closes access to the property. Inside, the cottage offers: - a living room with a sitting area (fiberglass Wi-Fi), a relaxation area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two children under 12 years old - an open kitchen with an electric stove (ceramic hob and electric oven), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an extractor hood, and a washing machine - a bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with a shower and toilet The rate includes water, electricity, and heating charges.
