Apartment completely renovated, near lake and ocean in Vieux-Boucau.

In a small residence on the first and last floor, between lake and ocean (150m) and close to all shops (200m), we offer a T2 apartment (40m²) comprising a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a real cabin area with beds 140cm * 90cm superimposed and a convertible sofa in the 140cm living room.
Fully equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
4m² terrace with furniture.

Private parking space and local bicycle storage.
Two adult bikes are available.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Les vacances ont été un succès total. L'accueil par Cathy était parfait, elle a su se démener pour nous laisser l'appartement à notre arrivée. Parfait. Elle a su nous dispenser les éléments nécessaires, tout nous expliquer et nous donner des recommandations de restaurants. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé, à 5-10 minutes des vagues de l'océan et à 5-10 minutes de Vieux-Boucau et de ces commerces. Emplacement pour la voiture au pied de la résidence, sécurisé par une barrière au sol. 2 VTT sont également à disposition. Bref, nous ne regrettons pas notre location. Nous reviendrons peut-être lors d'un prochain séjour. Merci encore Cathy.

Tolle Unterkunft mit prima Lage

Ich war mit meinem Sohn, 15, dort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Genug Inventar ( Geschirr, Besteck,....) und 2 Fahrräder standen auch zur Verfügung. Die Einräummöglichkeiten von Kleidung und weiteres für uns zwei war ausreichend. Bett im Schlafimmer war bequem und die Dusche komfortabel..

Le logement est tres bien situé ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Peut etre un peu plus bruyant l'été mais une paire de boule quies suffit à passer de bonnes nuits. L'organisation de l’arrivée et de depart est bien rodé, ce qui permet d'être tranquille.
