Easily cook and chat with your travel companions in the open kitchen, boasting a large island for prepping dinner. Outdoors, a private deck offers a relaxing spot to chat, read a book, or listen to music in the sun. The rental can sleep up to six guests, with two full-size futons in the spacious living room and two queen beds in each bedroom. Looking for extra space? You can rent this property along with its adjoining duplex to accommodate a group of 12 total.

Cool tile floors, coastal artwork, and tons of natural light bring an easy-breezy feel to this rental. In the evenings, kick back in front of the 55” wall-mounted TV in the living area, which also has a pair of futons with full-size mattresses—perfect if you need extra sleeping space.

The open kitchen features a full suite of appliances and a large island with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, serve meals at a wooden dining table set for four. After dinner, head outside to enjoy the fresh air on your large, private deck. Bright and cheery tones feature in the two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, a ceiling fan, and a mirrored closet. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
