Living room with lounge, kitchen and dining area opening onto the terrace and the private enclosed shaded garden (garden furniture, barbecue), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), shower room (wc) Within a radius of 300 m, all shops and services. Nearby hiking and cycling trails, water park, sailing school etc.....and of course naps possible in the shaded garden. Possibility of renting sheets, bath towels, toilets... contact: contact@lintendance.fr. Another gîte on the 1st floor. In case of simultaneous rental of the two apartments under the same name, reduction of 100 euros in high season and 70 euros in mid-season on the total amount of the 2 rentals. A supplement of 21 € / animal for the week is to be paid on site directly to the owner. Plenty of storage space in each room. Private enclosed parking 200 m from the beaches, in a quiet and residential area of Saint-Cyprien beach, apartment on the ground floor of the "Maison Millet".
