Beach Bliss is a desirable GROUND FLOOR unit in a very PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY. Exquisite views of the gulf from the living-room and master bedroom and from the wrap-around ''living room'' balcony of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat. This unit was completely updated in March of 2023 with updates in every room of the unit. New leather living room reclining sofa and loveseat were added in January 2024. The kitchen features granite countertops and Samsung appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to "eat-in" during your stay if you desire. There are three charcoal grills on property for your use as well! All three bathrooms were updated with new vanities and granite in the master bath. The master is also equipped with a new tile walk-in shower.

Full over full and twin over twin (with additional trundle pull-out) bunk beds are perfect for the kids. There is plenty of space for the kids to relax and do their own thing. Each bedroom has its own television. Everyone gets to watch what they want! The kids will love their own space and fun ocean life decor.

Pinnacle Port is a private, gated resort, offering luxury and comfort right on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of both Lake Powell (one of the few dune lakes of the world) and the Gulf... right outside your door!

The BEST part of this condo is being on the ground floor! You can walk right into the unit. No steps or elevators to navigate! It makes going back and forth to the beach or pool a breeze. It is easy to stay out for a while and then come in for a quick bite to eat or a nap for the kids (or adults)! You and your family or friends will love your stay at this condo! It is really perfect for every group!

Condo was clean, beautifully decorated and updated!! It looked just like the pictures!! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved that we were close to the walkway to the beach, and loved the chairs on the balcony. Actually we loved everything about it and plan to book it again next summer!!! Erin was a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had! I would give the entire experience 10 stars if possible!!

Wonderful beach vacation for our family of 8! The condo was exactly as pictured with a great location. We also loved the indoor/outdoor pool, and the grill. It had great lunch options. The dock and lake were fun to explore. We had an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our family vacation. It was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here, in fact, I tried to book it for the following year same week in July. Unfortunately it was already booked that week. The ground floor is a game changer. Access to the beach is steps away and the condo is very spacious! Loved it! We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for years, this is definitely one of the best!

Amazing stay for 4th of July week. Unit had everything we needed. Erin is very responsive and helpful. We loved the ground floor unit and all the amenities at this complex. Having the bar and grill there was very convenient. The margaritas are wonderful. Staff is amazing. Shout out to John who helps maintain the pool—super welcoming and helpful. Ten stars for our stay.

Condo was great and exactly what we needed for spring break. The location was perfect to walk down to the beach and super convenient. Condo was well stocked with everything we could need and very clean when we got there. Will be down again next year and if available will definitely look into this condo again. Thanks for a great spring break!!!

Excellent location in a gated community. Ground floor condo just steps from beach access. Very clean with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. One recommendation, put a grab bar or non-slip mat in the primary bath shower as the shower floor is very slippery when wet. That could circumvent a potential guest fall.

Great location! Three generations had an awesome stay with room for everyone. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, and dishes. The board games and cards were a plus. Erin was great and easy to work with.

We had a great time. The condo was spotless & that is #1 on our list. Being beachfront was so nice & the sunset was spectacular. Being on the first floor was fantastic for moving in & out & for our little grands to come & go. The only tricky thing is, the kids in the bunk room are going to hear the folks right outside their window at the elevator. But honestly the noise abated @10 so it wasn’t that big a deal. Just remember to bring a sound machine & you’ll be fine. Communication was a breeze with Erin so that was a plus. We hope to return soon!

Great location! My youngest daughter got married at Carillon Beach weddings and Pinnacle port is very close. Condo was clean and the beach is wonderful! Publix is also near by which was nice.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved everything about our stay here. It was so convenient to everything, yet not in the high traffic area of PCB. The short walk to the beach was so accessible for my elderly mother and one of the main reasons we chose this condo. It provided the perfect place to celebrate her 91st birthday!

Love the location of Pinnacle Port! It's far enough away from the crowded beach, but close enough to the restaurants and Pier Park. This unit on the ground floor was so easy to get in and out to the beach. No waiting on an elevator with little ones. We want to come back to this same unit for another family vacation next year!

June 17-24 2023 stayed one week

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a great vacation. Excellent location just a few steps to the beach. The owner has it furnished nicely and the beds were comfortable. If you need a three bedroom and ground level I would highly recommend this unit.

Our family of four is thrilled to offer you a little bit of our "Beach Bliss." We are owners as of November 2021, but have been staying at Pinnacle Port for over twenty years.

This property is perfect for families. There is plenty to do for all! We love that it is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach drag, but plenty close to everything you need. There are tennis courts, basketball court, and a playground for the kids. Enjoy a grilled meal by using one of the on-site charcoal grills.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Pinnacle Port is located just next to Camp Helen State Park. This makes it quiet without the commercial distractions of many beach properties. Our unit is on the ground floor...no stairs. Enjoy walking straight out the door with your beach gear. No waiting for elevators! You will fall in love with this unit.
