It comprises a pretty 70 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,700 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 70 m² living room with sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- A study
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed
- A lounge area with TV, armchairs and a single bed on the large mezzanine floor
- Bathroom (with bath and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, semi-enclosed garden of 1,700 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 40 m² and a second west-facing terrace of approx. 40 m². Both are equipped with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lyphard, in very pleasant surroundings. In Saint-Lyphard you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. in Guérande and La Baule.
