The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 110 m² house with swimming pool for rent in La Turballe, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, fireplace (wood not provided)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, heated swimming pool (8mx4m) open from May to the end of September, with a manual bar cover. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.
The pool will be serviced every 15 days during the season.
- 100 m² enclosed garden
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in La Turballe, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to two vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, approx. 1h12 min by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (one cat or dog per stay).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. If the outside temperature drops below 16°C at night, the pool cannot be heated.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book & Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie Férélaise (concierge / housekeeping service).
