Welcome to Zion Village in Hurricane Utah! Enjoy wonderful resort-style vacationing in the center of Southern Utah so close to Zion and Sand Hollow. Zion Village offers a wonderful resort pool with lazy river, waterfalls, a unique fire pit lounge built into the center of the pool area, and a covered poolside lounge with cushioned sectionals and a large fire pit. The clubhouse offers full access to the fitness room. Kids and adults of all ages love staying here! Zion Village was featured in the 2019 St. George Parade of Homes. You will love the rural but vibrant feel of Hurricane City with a short drive to Sand Hollow Reservoir where you can go boating year-round, or ATV on miles and miles of silky smooth red sand on the sand dunes surrounding the lake.



The custom home has it all! Private pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, ping pong gaming table, and poolside entertainment. You never have to leave! Plan a day of exploring at nearby Zion National Park, then return home for the ultimate evening of relaxation and games for all the kids. Be sure to plan time to also enjoy the resort pool and lazy river at the clubhouse where you will enjoy year-round splashing and poolside fire pits to lounge around watching the kids. If you love golf, plan a day on the course with buddies at nearby Sand Hollow Resort or the new Copper Rock in Hurricane. The stay here was wonderful! We booked super last minute and the host was very responsive. Our coffee maker didn’t work the first morning but by that night we had a new one in the door step. I would highly recommend staying here. The pool was nice and the hot was even better after a day of hiking. I would stay here again!

We had a great time with our family at this property! The bedrooms, bathrooms, family room and kitchen were spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. We loved the convenience of having our own pool and hot tub. Communication with the host and the check-in process was great. Our only complaint was that the property could use a deep clean and some minor touch ups and the pool cover didn’t operate correctly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We were in the St. George area for the Rage Showcase soccer tournament. We selected this place because of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was super nice to have so many bathrooms, made things so much easier when getting ready. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and control. We had a great time at our stay!

Unfortunately,I am unable to submit a recommendation for this property.DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.... UTAH'S BEST VACATION management was a disaster to work with and was unable to address our complaints, fix our problems and provide solutions...POOL WAS FILTHY, NEVER CLEANED, NOT HEATED AND WAS NEVER TENDED TO OUR ENTIRE TRIP !!!!My friends and I selected this property based on having a heated backyard pool and spa and wanted to return to a relaxing spa and pool after a strenuous day of hiking.We were devastated to discover that pool was filthy, not cleaned and not heated with the cushions from the furniture in the pool.It was obvious that NO ONE had cleaned, tended or tidied up the outdoor area before we arrived.We contacted Utah's Best Vacations and were told that they would take care of it tomorrow.We returned the next day after hiking in Zion...to be disappointed that nothing was taken care of... untouched.... Once again I reached out to UBV and was once again told we are taking care of it and submitting a request to address this situation.I contacted them daily...yet nothing was ever done....Their solution was to refund 20% of the nightly stay... not the amount of our entire stay which included the pool fee and cleaning fee which they were not going to refund....I have spent close to 5 hours communicating with UBV team.Save yourself the anguish, aggravation and disappointment...DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY....

We're very sorry your stay did not meet expectations. We apologize for the pool and outdoor-area condition and for the breakdown in communication while you were here. We submitted service requests during your visit and issued the 20% nightly refund on the reservation, but we understand that did not make up for the experience. We’ve reviewed this booking with our housekeeping and pool vendor, tightened our pre-arrival checklist, and added follow-up steps to prevent this from happening again. Having said that, we truly apologize for the negative experience you had.

This home was one of our favorites we have stayed in. The pool and hot tub, outdoor fire and patio vibe was so nice. The house was clean. Beautiful and impressive. We did have issues with the oven when we were trying to make a few meals but they were responsive to try and resolve the issue. I was impressed and we will hope to stay at this location again in the future. One note- We didn’t love the hand soap- so if you are particular about that bring your own and bring laundry detergent. There wasn’t any when we arrived but they brought us several packets the next day.

Modern home with lots of space to spread out for 10 adults, with plenty of bathrooms to avoid 'rush hour' traffic jams. We enjoyed the spa area of the pool.

Not perfect, but really a good value

Outside of a couple hiccups like the hot tub not being / getting hot, the cleaners breaking the garage door, and the trash folks coming at 6:30am Wednesday morning . . It was really a great stay! The club house and pool are amazing too! Great value!

Family vacation to St George

Easy to book and check-in. Easy to gain entry, not a lot of back and forth with owner prior to check-in. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and helped us understand how to heat pool and hot tub. Personal hot tub and pool were nice. Wanted to book closer to St George, but booked late and found this place to be a great alternative. Close enough to St George, but Hurricane and LaVerkin were much less crowded. Good places to eat if you want to stay local, great hikes. Community pool was nice, workout area was a little small, but still worked for our needs.

The pool and hot tub were not heating correctly and didn't have enough chlorine when we arrived but someone came out and fixed it and showed us how to heat both so the rest of the week it was perfect. There wasn't a broom but we just went and bought one. Overall a great place to stay.

just a couple complaints

the home was a perfect fit for our family . it was very comfortable and we loved all the TVs and the pool was great. the location was also perfect , close to so many great things to do and stores. our only complaints are that when we first got there the air conditioner was not working in 105 degree weather. we couldn't get anyone to come help us. also, one of the showers had not been cleaned. it had the used soap and shampoo bottles in it. overall we had a great time.

Disappointed

After a long drive the property was not yet cleaned we waited until 5:30 to go in. The pool cover was full of water so we were unable to open it. I called for maintenance. Nobody came. We did locate pumps that took 4 hours to get enough water off the cover to be able to open it. There were limited towels for a group.

My bday get away

Overall the home was great, the issue i had was with the AC. When we arrived the home Was very fresh and cool the next day the home felt hot, I reached out multiple times to the number provided finally on my 3rd attempt Someone answered. Took down my information and that was it. I also sent out emails and text msg on the app. But no one came to address the problem, I just received email response asking more questions. Someone came to clean it the 2nd day of our 4 day stay and my husband figured out how to adjust the temp. Written instructions would have helped. Not enough silverware or laundry detergent. We had to buy plastic spoons. There was enough detergent to wash the towels as required but not for our personal use. Our stay was nice and the house fit our needs.

Just imaging you ere staying in the house with no air and the air temperature is 90-100 and especially you have 4 rooms upstairs.

We fully understood the immediate emergency this presented. We immediately responded and mobilized an A/C company who came out and found that the air compressor went out on the unit. The A/C technician would have been able to replace it right then and there, but the owner of the property who we reached out to for approval decided to have her guy go out and take care of it, which took considerably longer. The delay in our responses was due to the owner wanting to hold off and get her guy out there, so our team didn't have answers in a timely manner. We tried so hard and sincerely apologize that it ended up ruining your vacation experience. We did everything we possibly could within the authority capacity we possess as the property manager. We will do our best to make things right with you. This is such an incredible home with every amenity imaginable. Wonderful property some maintenance needed

Overall we loved the house, the pool, the hot tub.. The garage door opener as off track and not usuable. We did not have a key to the clubhouse (other people let us in)..Our biggest problem was the grill. It was not clean and there is no wire brush to clean it. Also I would suggest you check teh connection and look at a regulator. On low the grill quickly got to 650 F. We ruined our burgers and hotdogs from the grease fire. Should not be used until fixed. We loved everything else!!!

Almost perfect

The property was large and clean. We had 12 adults and 8 children for 5 nights and had a great time. The downsides were that the pool controls were difficult to figure out so the pool and hottub didn’t get used as much as we had hoped. We don’t have a gaming console at home so the kids were very excited to use the PS5 but one controller seemed like it wouldn’t take a charge so that batteries were always dead and unless you have a log in with games you’ve purchased on your account there wasn’t much you could do with it. Also in the kids room there are two of the same TV so when you use one remote it controls both TVs and you could never get them to do what you wanted because the remote would do what you wanted on one TV while simultaneously messing up the other TV. All the other things you want from a VRBO were great though.

We always are wanting to improve and make it the best experience possible, so we have looked into your comments to make the pool use easier, and the game controller and game usage more enjoyable as is intended. The TV remote issue is interesting to us, we haven't been able to recreate that when testing it. We are glad you enjoyed it overall. This is one of those super fun, family-friendly, unique pool house experiences in a fabulous Sand Hollow/St. George area for boating, duning, fishing, Zion Park hikiing, and so much more. -GM, UBVR

Could be great

This could be a great property, but it was a serious of problems. Upon arrival…the code didn’t work and it took 20 minutes to get in, the pool was full off dirt due to active construction and a broken pool cover, the pool was left on at 100 degrees and was broken so unable to turn the heater off and there was no coffee carafe to make coffee. These issues were reported and not resolved in a timely manner or not fixed at all. We were told construction would be done by the time of our stay and, although I understand construction can take longer, it’s such a large development I don’t think that was true. There’s lots of work still happening. The space could be great, but the experience was disappointing. Perhaps it will be better with time.

We don't supply coffee, only the coffee maker. We provide details in your pre-arrival instructions so that shouldn't have been a surprise. The listing also states there is ongoing construction and to plan accordingly. The code provided didn't work because you hadn't fully completed the check-in requirements for the door code to release. The pool we are looking into. The heat is carefully monitored remotely and the pool cover is mistreated sometimes by guests and comes off its tracks. We have our tam getting it handled. This home is a fabulous one of a kind poolhouse in an amazing community with one of the coolest community resort pools in the area. Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and it was very clean which I value greatly. We did have a problem with the heating of the hot tub and pool the first 24 hours. I specifically email the management company 3 times asking that the pool and hot tub be on and heated when we checked in at 4 pm. All my teenagers wanted to do was be in the pool. I was told that they would be on and heated upon our arrival, unfortunately they were not. When we arrived they were only 76 degrees and continued to get colder. I turned on the heat as directed but they were not heating and didn't all night. I communicated this to the management and they did send someone out to fix it but not until 2pm the next day. We didn't have a heated pool or hot tub for the first entire day we were there. The main reason I booked this property was because of the private pool and when we were unable to use it, it was very disappointing especially since I requested 3 times prior to arrival and told it would be working. Also, the location is great but it is noisy with the pickleball and basketball courts right behind it. I would also suggest that maybe you put a privacy screen so people do not watch you in the pool or hot tub through the small fence.
