You'll enjoy direct access to the lake via a small path leading to a private beach (you'll need to cross the road), as well as a playground for convivial moments with family or friends.

The village shops are just a short stroll away, so you'll find your stay both convenient and relaxing.

La Source is located at the end of Lake Annecy, a short walk from the lake, 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Doussard.
- Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 5 minutes' drive away.

Activities :
Go hiking at Semnoz, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport :
- The regular SIBRA Y51 bus routes, with a stop located close to the villa (Doussard - Bout Du Lac), provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 30 minutes) as well as the beaches of neighbouring communes (Duingt, Saint-Jorioz, Sevrier)
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space in and in front of the garage is available.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
