Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Auch Bücher, Filme und Kinderspielzeug sind vorhanden.WLAN und Parkplatz sind ebenfalls verfügbar.Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem fast direkt am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter der Vermietung sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war bei der Übergabe sauber. Nur der Durchabfluss gehört Mal wieder gereinigt, so dass das Wasser wieder richtig abläuft.Leider ist die Wohnung eher alt und nur das nötigste (Dusche und Waschbecken in der Dusche) renoviert. Die Böden haben Kratzer, die Fliesen Risse. Das Balkongeländer war für uns nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Die Höhe kann uns niedrig vor. Unser Kleinkind hätte auch darunter durch gepasst. Und die Halterungen der Glasplatten waren verborgen. Und das im sechsten Stock. Insgesamt für den Preis OK.

Appartement is perfect van grote voor 3 personen. Zetels zitten niet goed en relaxen zijn versleten. Bedden zijn versleten , matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Verwarmingen zijn te klein om het appartement te verwarmen. Prijs vond ik duur voor wat het was.

Wir wurden von einem Freundliche Personal Empfangen. Wir waren jetzt mindesten 8mal in dieser Wohnung ,wenn diese nicht in Ordnung wäre würden wir dort nicht mehr Hinfahren, man ist direkt im Ort Im Park und am Meer. Was dieses mal nicht so gut war ist der Baulärm hier wurde eine neue Haustüre ein neues Fenster und Dacharbeiten durchgeführt was nicht gerade schön war. An Sonsten alles gut. Zu der Wohnung die Wohnung ist für ungibt es nicht viel zusagen

Wir sind nun das 4.mal in dieser Wohnung und sind wie immer zufrieden . Es wurde eine Neue Duschkabine Installiert . Im Schlafzimmer war beim letzten Urlaub ein Boxspringbett wovon jetzt die obere Matratze fehlte zum glück gibt es ia zwei Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten alles gut. Bis zum Nächten Mal

Het is niet rechtstreeks naar jullie gericht, maar er was veel geluidshinder door de werken die in de naaste appartementen werd verricht. Voor de rest was het een prima en ruim appartement, het poetsen mocht wel wat beter.

The apartment was bigger than expected, with 2 independent toilets perfect for 2 couples. It looks exactly like in the pictures, ocean view only from the living room sofa. Only down side was that in the summer sometimes the cleaning is not properly done, which was our case as we had to clean it on arrival because the floor was dirty and full of sand, and there was a lot of dust under the furniture and sofa …

Goed voor jonge mensen. Ben er 1 maand geweest met mijn 84 jarige mama. Geen comfort voor deze doelgroep.. stoelen zijn zeer ongemakkelijk en hard om op te zitten. Geen hulpmiddelen om zich vast te houden ( bad en douche). Matrassen van alle bedden versleten , vuile vlekken en oncomfortabel. Was teleurstellend. Zou dit appartement aanbevelen aan zeer mobiele mensen, zeker niet aan ouderen.

Wir waren nun zum vierten mal in dieser Wohnung. Diese Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit viel Platz. Eine schöne Aussicht über das Meer und über Bredene. Wir wurden wie immer (Trotz Corona) von einem Freundlichen und Hilfsbereitem Personal empfangen. Die Dusche ist etwas Sanierungsbedürftig. Es wurden neue Fenster mit einer sehr guten Hebeschiebe Anlage eingebaut. Der Parkplatz könnte etwas breiter man kann die Türen vom Fahrzeug nicht gut öffnen. Aber sonst eine schöne Wohnung
