This is a lovely house- clean- and great location. Messaged with property manager a couple of times prior to stay and they were quick to respond- much appreciated the fast response. I was in town for a wedding and the house was so beautiful we had the bride get ready at the house. Was hopeful she would have taken some photos there but we ran out of time. Thank you for a great stay

Used as a company retreat. It is a beautiful property that I'd use again. Very private. Sleeps 7 is true, but only 4 bedrooms (it looked like more in pics - more of a VRBO issue). Hosts were great and clear about expectations. Comfortable accommodations. It was a great space.

The property is gorgeous and has just the right amount of space for kids to run and explore safely. At the same time, there are plenty of spots with gorgeous views to relax with a cold drink or cup of coffee and take in the beauty of nature and kids playing about. Stayed at this property for two nights over the Summer. We had two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and the house was a perfect fit! Kids loved fishing each morning and evening in the pond! Short distance to Saylorville Lake where we rented a boat for the day. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing! This property is spacious, clean and well equipped. Well decorated and very comfy!

I was meeting with four friends who did not know one another so we needed spaces to just sit and visit as well as eat. This home was just the spot with indoor and outdoor spaces to sit comfortably and visit. All of us had plenty of space in our bedrooms, and the living spaces were fantastic. Very comfortable and conducive to conversation. I could not be happier with the stay we had.

Family thanksgiving and sister 60th SURPRISE~

The house and property were immaculate and beautiful. The manager was somewhat short with me when I reached out regarding sending the code to enter the property which I felt was unnecessary, especially considering the premium price we paid for the house. We did enjoy our stay and appreciate being close to the venue we had planned for our family get togethers.

Lovely Property

This was a well appointed place for our quarterly board meeting with ample table space for working. Kitchen was well equipped. The grounds are lovely. However, no hair dryers! Five women and no hair dryer…not good!

Hi Lisa- Thank you for the review. We are upfront that there are no hair dryers on the property. We used to provide them, but guests would take them home and after buying 6 of them over the course of the year we had to discontinue this service. Amy
