This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. The home is spotless, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable. Nicely updated with quality finishes. Definitely plan to return!
This was a great place, clean and convenient. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was that the second bedroom technically had 2 beds. However, the second was a trundle bed and in order to use it we would have had to completely rearrange the furniture. My second child just ended up using the sofa bed in the living room because that was more convenient than rearranging furniture.
Accommodations at the Downtown Holland home were great. Even more important, we were close to the beach, to shopping and dining, and everything we wanted to be able to do in our brief time in Holland.
Eric’s place checked all of the boxes for a quick mother/daughter trip. The location, amenities and comfortability were all top notch. Thank you again!
Our group of 5 was comfortable and enjoyed our stay! We were especially grateful the AC was working well given the heat wave we experienced. The location is perfect for walking to town, although, the hot/humid weather prohibited us from walking much. Be mindful the queen bedroom has a twin bed stored under the bed and requires some furniture rearranging to access it and set it up. Also, the listing says it sleeps 7, but we didn't feel this was realistic given 1 bathroom, unless the majority of the group are small kids. I would not hesitate to book this VRBO again on our next trip to Holland.
