Getting Around:
Exploring Holland is easy and fun! Take advantage of the 4 complimentary cruiser bikes to ride to downtown, the beach, or along scenic bike paths. Holland is very bike-friendly. If you prefer to drive, parking is free at the house and there’s ample parking downtown. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available as well.
Guest access:
This property is a 2 unit complex with separate entrances and private garages (Similar to a condo with each homes garage separating each unit). Guests will have access to 1 of the 2 units. The only conjoining wall is the sides of the garages to ensure maximum privacy. This property includes a shared driveway.
Worried about having bad neighbors? Don't be! My sibling is the one who live in the second unit and promises to be quiet neighbors. Guests have exclusivity to the back yard and hot tub while you are here!
Other things to note:
- A train passes about ½ mile away 1–2 times per day, with occasional train horn sounds.
- There are stairs on the property, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility issues.
- Others live in the second unit, but they will fully respect your privacy and are very friendly!
