The first includes a bedroom and a separate living room, equipped with two double beds.
The other two accommodations each feature one double bed and two single beds, arranged in adjoining rooms.
Each unit has its own shower room and WC.
The main house offers a spacious kitchen, a double living room with dining area, and two double bedrooms.
The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and WC, while the second bedroom has its own shower room. Additionnel sofa bed situated in office room in the main house.
Two separate WCs, one indoors and one outdoors, complete the layout.
Outdoors, you will enjoy a barbecue area, an outdoor summer dining area, and a lounge area.
The property is ideally located 5 minutes from a pleasant, uncrowded beach, close to a large forest, and 10 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains.
